Photography Release: By registering for and attending the Florida Innovation Conference, powered by BioFlorida, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media may be captured during the event. You grant BioFlorida and its authorized representatives, partners, sponsors, and designees the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right and permission to photograph, record, reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, modify, display, and otherwise use your name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance in any photographs, videos, recordings, or other media captured during the event for promotional, marketing, educational, archival, editorial, or other lawful business purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further notice, consent, compensation, or approval. By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Photography & Video Release and voluntarily consent to these terms. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you are responsible for notifying BioFlorida in writing prior to the event and identifying yourself to event staff upon arrival. While BioFlorida will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, it cannot guarantee that your image or likeness will not appear in incidental or crowd photography or video recordings. Therefore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BioFlorida, Inc. from any claims.
